Emmanuelle Veran

Emmanuelle Veran is an engineer specializing in materials chemistry, and a graduate of the European School of Chemistry, Polymers, and Materials (ECPM) in Strasbourg. She began her career in the field of microelectronics, working for renowned companies such as IBM and Thomson CSF.

In 2015, Emmanuelle joined CEA-LITEN (Laboratory for Innovation in New Energy Technologies and Nanomaterials) in Grenoble. There, she serves as Head of Industrial Partnerships for the New Materials Department, focusing on the synthesis and formulation of advanced materials, printed electronics, and additive manufacturing.

She has also worked on smart energy networks, including microgrids and digital monitoring and control tools for energy optimization.

Before joining CEA-LITEN, Emmanuelle worked at Alcatel Vacuum Technology (later adixen, now Pfeiffer Vacuum) in Annecy, where she managed national and European collaborative projects in the field of microelectronics for eight years. She also held international business development roles for seven years, covering various industrial markets such as semiconductors and pharmaceuticals.

Currently, Emmanuelle Veran is Director of the Metallurgy and Special Projects Business Unit at ECM Technologies, with diverse applications including the nuclear sector. She continues to contribute to technological innovation and the management of collaborative projects.

Emmanuelle is recognized for her expertise in the development of innovative technologies. She has contributed to several patents and scientific publications and is an active participant in conferences and industry events.
