Saran DIAKITE KABA is a recognized expert in the fields of innovation, UX/UI design, cockpit and IVI development. Grand Prix AEF 2015, woman of innovation 2016, woman of the year 2017, WomenInDesign role model 2023, she has worked in France and around the world as R&D designer expert in UX. Her work has included projects for many industrial groups: Orange, EDF, Fagorbrandt, Alcatel Lucent, Eiffage, Decathlon, Stellantis, Renault, Alstom, AbInBev, Nestlé, L’Oréal, Human Design Group, Crédit Agricole, LVMH... 

She has also been involved in the academic field as teacher at master level, Chairwoman of the Board of ENSCI from 2019 to 2021, then as General Director of Strate schools of design from 2021 to 2023.

Commissioned by various ministries since many years (Culture, Industry, Foreign Affairs…), in 2021 she has been asked to join the red team defense as an author-designer for the Ministry of the Armed Forces and PSL University. Encompassing design fiction approach, science-fiction and scriptwriters working closely with scientific and military experts, the Red Team's mission is to imagine threats that could directly endanger France and its interests by 2030 - 2060. Since then, she has been actively involved in R&D and design consulting to support the transformation of companies.
