WHEREAS the aim of WIN, as a world-wide not-for-profit organization for professional women working in the various fields of nuclear energy and radiation applications, is to contribute to the knowledge and experience of its members. Activities include networking, a quarterly members’ newsletter and hosting public communications and mentoring programs. WiN Global currently has around 25,000 members including national chapters’ members and individuals from 107 countries including international and regions. WiN Global has over 30 national, regional and international chapters throughout the world, and is still growing. Membership includes women and men working professionally in medicine and health care, in regulatory authorities, in industry and as independent researchers. The members have a common commitment to provide information and communicate with the public.
